[OS X TeX] TL2024

Hello all,

after installing macTeX 2024 on  an iMac (Intel) and TL2024 on a macBook 
(M1)
I have a problem with an incorrect link, which happens only for  a mac, not
Ubuntu, for example:

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  wheel    44 14 Mär 20:46 mktexlsr -> 
../../texmf-dist/scripts/texlive/mktexlsr.pl


This link to mktexlsr.pl is in /usr/local/texlive/2024/bin/universal-darwin/
abd is wrong, it should be a link to the _shell_ script and not the perl 
version

mktexlsr -> ../../texmf-dist/scripts/texlive/mktexlsr

With the perl version the local-texmf tree gets a wrong ls-R file which
has only some files listed. Changing it to the correct link everything  
is fine.
