[OS X TeX] arara missing in mactex 2024

Howdy,
Dick Koch explained why it's not included directly and noted that you can use TeX Live Utility to install it. Here are the details:
Open TeX Live Utility. Click on the Packages tab; this will list all the packages available for TeX Live. Click in the Find box and type arara which will then show you the entry for arara. Click on the small `down arrow' to expand the list of available versions of the binaries; only the universal-darwin line should be available. Hold the Cmd key down and select both the arara line AND the universal-darwin line (there should be two lines selected). Under the Actions Menu choose Install Selected Packages (Opt-Cmd-I) and folllow the directions.
I'm pretty sure those instructions are somewhere on the MacTeX web site but I'm not sure where right now.
