[OS X TeX] adjusting pdflatexmk index settings to prevent extraneous text

Place the enclosed platexmkrc file in the same folder as the root source file. Basically it redefines latexmk's internal makeindex command line to include the use of the gind.ist index style. It's a simple text file.
