[OS X TeX] xindy hangs on ARM

Richard,

that is a good idea, thanks for pointing this out. As suspected, this
works very well. I'll stick with that for the time being.
Just to clarify: An ARM version would be nice, but is not essential.
As long as Apple provides Rosetta 2, I can live with an x86 binary.
