[OS X TeX] CLISP and xindy on Apple Silicon

Hello
I have been able to build CLISP for the Apple SIlicon M1, and it seems
to run properly (knock on wood!), only without optimised arithmetic
assembler loops (no aarch64 code for that). xindy seems to build
properly but I have no example files to test. So please get in touch
with me if you want to live on the bleeding edge...
