[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.66 adds /Library/TeX/texbin parameter to every engine?

Thank you Dick and Herb! All is well now. 
Sorry I had missed it in the changes log. I had mistakenly assumed that they only affected ConTeXt.

In fact in the meantime I had already amended the engine I was using, so as to pass only the first parameter to pythontex.
