[OS X TeX] disappearing cross-reference

Howdy,

Yes, on the first run of pdflatex (not pdflatexmk) the aux file has reference to that label. After a second run of pdflatex that reference is no longer there although another reference to a theorem in the same input file is still there. It's very puzzling.
