[OS X TeX] TeXShop console now shows physical page number & pagination page number

Lately I’ve noticed that when latex-ing a book source in TeXShop, as typesetting progresses I’m seeing in the TeXShop console both the page number as it prints on that page (taking account that pagination starts again with 1 after front matter) _AND_ the physical page number , e.g., [374.396].

Is this a change in LaTeX itself, and when did that happen?

(Maybe I’ve been blind and missed it before?)

This is _not_ a complaint! In fact, this is VERY useful information when tracking down errors. So “just askin’."
