[OS X TeX] Too many “\tcblistof[\chapter]{XXX}{List of Xxxxxx}”

I have now moved the Magnum Opus to the new old Mac where it works fine under TeXLive 2020.

Even under TeXLive  2013, though, there was a problem—which I had put off---with not being able to compile with more than four (4) “\tcblistof[\chapter]{XXX}{List of Xxxxxx}”.

Interestingly enough, under TeXLive 2020, I can now compile with only two (2) tcblists. Over two, I get the message

No room for a new \write.
\e at ch@ck ...message {No room for a new \string #4}

Here is the obligatory

which will compile as soon as you comment out any of the “\tcblistof[\chapter]{XXX}{List of Xxxxxx}” in ALL.tex.

Is it possible to make room for all?
