[OS X TeX] TeX apps for ARM Macs

themselves, since Warren's summary of the situation might be misleading. We offer full Arm binaries for TeX immediately. More precisely, our binaries are Universal. The only missing ingredient is that if TeX Live updates a binary -- which happens rarely -- the updated binary will only contain Intel code. That updated piece will still work fine under Rosetta. In TeX Live 2021, updates will also contain Universal binaries.
