[OS X TeX] old latexmk

When using

% !TEX TS-program = pdflatexmk

TeXShop says

Latexmk: This is Latexmk, John Collins, 18 June 2019, version: 4.65.

which is an old version.

I have found it in

and I wonder why it is there and not updated.

Should I delete the folder ~/Library/TeXShop? Would opening TeXShop create
a fresh version of this folder?

(I also have latexmk in /Library/TeX/texbin/latexmk, which is a symbolic
link to
and is version 4.70b.)

Thanks in advance,
