[OS X TeX] TeXLive 2019 & Catalina

Howdy,

You shouldn't have to re-install Tex Live or TeXShop. Right now most of the tough love stuff is still turned off; when it gets turned on a hardened MacTeX-2019 installer will be introduced but that will only be needed for new installations.
