[OS X TeX] .sty files open with & have Aquamacs icon after upgrade to MacTeX 2019

Use Alan's alternative solution: run

 /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user 

(all one line) or drag and drop

onto a Terminal window and press return. This forces a rebuild of the LaunchServices database.
