[OS X TeX] Update to LaTeXiT

Howdy,

Pierre Chachatelier has updated LaTeXiT to version 2.11. In the process he has removed the declared UTI that was one of the causes of problems with TeXShop document icons changing to defaults. I want to thank Pierre for this update.
