[OS X TeX] Encoding Directive

Howdy,

That section describes the `% !TEX encoding = ' directive but only shows the `utf8' encoding. I can't seem to find a full list of encodings that can be used with that directive; e.g., TeXShop uses `UTF-8 Unicode' rather than `utf8'.
