You may find the directives recognized by TeXStudio in <http://texstudio.sourceforge.net/manual/current/usermanual_en.html#SECTION_TEXCOM>: this is the section describing them.

I don't know. In the TeXStudio section I mentioned there is a comment on the bibliography directive related to TeXMaker.
