[OS X TeX] How do i restore the 2017 distribution?

In TeX Live Utility, choose "Change Default TeX Live Version" from the Configure menu. If TL 2017 is not listed as an option, you'll have to download and reinstall it. The Utah mirror has historic systems on it, as does the TUG server.
