[OS X TeX] Customize brackets/braces/parens/delimiters TexShop matching

Dear Dick,

The good thing in asking questions, even if they don't seem to be relevant, is that sometimes it brings unexpected answers. I think Herb gave us a very elegant solution (for us XeLaTeX non-programmer users) using the key bindings.
