[OS X TeX] Problem with TeXLive Utility

Howdy,

Have you done anything with permissions? Please run

ls -alF /usr/local/texlive/2017/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb

and

ls -alF /usr/local/texlive/2017/

and let us know what they return.
