[OS X TeX] font issues with lucida under MacTeX 2017

Font issued fixed by manually running updmap-user. Thank you, Herb.

Although I already had the TeXLive Utility preference “Automatically enable fonts in my home directory” set, there had not yet been any TeXLive 2017 package updates, so the utility did not run updmap-usr automatically yet.
