[OS X TeX] TeXShop Tips & Tricks (0.7.6)

Howdy,

The reason version 0.7.6 isn't in the present released TeXShop is that it really is in transition and not quite ready for prime time. I really want to expand its contents a bit before release and want suggestions from users so I can organize the information for insertion.
