[OS X TeX] Place Boo.pdf in designated folder

TeXShop, or whatever, places Boo.pdf in the same folder as Boo.tex. 

Is there a way to have TeXShop, or whatever, place Boo.pdf in a designated folder? Not important but would be convenient for me.
