[OS X TeX] cocoAspell 2.5 for El Capitan+

Howdy,

Very good news for those folks using El Capitan and Sierra; Anton Leuski has updated cocoAspell to version 2.5 which installs and works properly under those versions of the OS. NOTE: Version 2.5 is ONLY for El Capitan and later---stick with 2.1 for earlier versions of macOS.
