[OS X TeX] Another small update

Folks,

I just uploaded

	mactex-20160523.pkg
	mactex-basictex-2016-523.pkg

They will soon appear on tlpretest mirror sites. These have
slight changes in TeX Live, which can also be obtained using
tlmgr or TLU via updates.
