Please send me a screenshot of TLU's distribution sheet off-list. You shouldn't see distributions that aren't installed.

I'd also like to see the output of

ls -alR /Library/TeX/Distributions/MacPorts-TeXLive.texdist/../.FactoryDefaults/MacPorts-TeXLive/
