Change the \begin{pspicture} line to read
\begin{pspicture}(11,7)\psset{rowsep=.5cm} %you had (8,11)
This will make a picture 11cm wide by 7cm high and change the separation between rows to .5cm so the psmatrix will fit intoo you picture bounds..
