[OS X TeX] figures in plain TeX

Howdy,

I can confirm the problem. I'd guess that some other changes involved with the recent graphicx package has caused this and miniltx wasn't updated. Please get in contact with David Carlisle at david at dcarlisle.demon.co.uk with your example.
