[OS X TeX] PDF window in TS becomes unresponsive to controls

Howdy,
It seems there is a problem with the toolbar tools for page up/down and back/forward after removing the pdf and regenerating it. The mouse and keyboard commands still work properly. I.e., the same experience as Gary Gray.
