[OS X TeX] TexShop Code

Vitorio,

See Herb Schulz's answer, which is exactly how I would
answer the question.  TSDocument is the central Cocoa class
in a document-based application, but the code for the
editor is TSTextView.m, which defines a subclass of Apple's
NSTextView class.
