[OS X TeX] MacTex-2016

Alessandro,

I built MacTeX-2016 using the latest repository thirty minutes ago,
and installed using it. All my tests worked.

I’ve been waiting for an official announcement from Karl Berry about
the pretest. If I don’t hear by later today, I’ll write him or possibly just
upload what I have.
