[OS X TeX] TeX Live 2015 Frozen

Howdy,

Work has begun on TeX Live 2016 and TeX Live 2015 is now frozen. You may be able to update your TeX Live 2015 one last time to end up with the final version of packages, etc., using TeX Live Utility (or tlmgr directly).
