[OS X TeX] eps -> pdf conversion

Thanks Herb

On the issue of outlining typefaces in Illustrator, it's not necessary 
in a case like this unless Greg wants to output to a device that does 
not have the fonts installed, such as a CNC machine.

Easily achieved if required.
