Howdy,

1)NEVER use sudo when working with your personal tree.

2)That's not the best way to install maps with Tex Live systems after 2012. Please download the TeXLive2014+Changes.pdf.zip document from <https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10932738/index.html> and read that.

Because you did (1) you will need to manually remove ~/Library/texlive/2015. You will probably need to give your admin password to place it into the Trash.

If you have any problems with the instructions in the document given in (2) please let me know.
