[OS X TeX] Tex Live Utility and OSX Version

Personally, I find newer versions of OSX more unstable than older ones.  It's not that newly released versions breaks things per se, but of course things can break during an upgrade.

If you install MacTeX-2015 (or BasicTeX-2015) under previous version of the OS you can change the preference for the path to the TeX binaries which will prepare you for a future change of OS to El Capitan using the information in the `Updating For El Capitan' document linked at <http://www.tug.org/mactex/elcapitan.html>. If you install the new OS you MUST either change the preferences or make sure you update to the latest version of TLU which will prompt you to automatically change the link.
