Or maybe he means:
   Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server (VCS)

It's understandable that transition effects would not work 
so well with this, due to the bandwidth needed to be smoothly
updating the screen throughout the transition;
e.g. turning a page, as different sides on a cube.
