[OS X TeX] Solved: TexShop and UTF-8

Here it breaks already.
Open file, compile - okay
Mark the umlaut, CMD-X (delete), CMD-V (paste in again), compile - broken.
But looks now I did find the solution:
_Uncheck_ in the last tab (Misc, here Verschiedenes): pTex Export utf-8.
(The japanese setting was unchecked before already, because I thought it being only for Japanese typing people.)
Maybe it'd say there "pTex only" for the setting (To make people think about before just checking)
