[OS X TeX] \boldsumlim disappeared

George, isn't \boldsumlim something you defined (p. 199 of 4th edition).

Using TeXLive 2014 on MacOSX with xelatex, this minimal example works for me

% !TEX TS-program = xelatex

% !TEX encoding = UTF-8 Unicode

\documentclass[11pt]{article}

\usepackage{geometry}

\geometry{letterpaper}

\geometry{margin=0.75in}

\usepackage{amsmath}


\DeclareMathOperator{\boldsum}{\pmb{\sum}}

\DeclareMathOperator*{\boldsumlim}{\pmb{\sum}}


\begin{document}


Some Text


\begin{math}

\boldsumlim_{i = 1}^{n} i^{2}

\end{math}


\end{document}


BTW - Math into LaTeX has been a big help to me.
