[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility - fails to update infrastructure - cannot find TeX Live root

You may be hitting a limit on ftp connections to tug.org;
I vaguely recall that being an issue in the past. Maybe
Karl can check on it when he has a chance.

This worked for me yesterday, but if it fails to download,
there's nothing I can do to work around the problem!
