[OS X TeX] Loading Ski Bold in TexShop

Hopefully others will give more information but Skia seems to have been broken under xetex for a long time. There was (is?) a Skia test file that, at some time on the long past, produced a table of many Skia weights and spreads and that hasn't worked in years.
