[OS X TeX] Trying to upgrade to MacTex 2012 : Font errors

Thank you Peter.

Following Herbert's instructions, I manually listed all my personal map files in ~/library/texmf/fonts/map and wrote a updmap.cfg in ~/library/texmf/web2c. Then running updmap  solved the problem.

Perhaps the installer could do it automatically ?
