[OS X TeX] Making interactive PDFs with LaTeX

Hello,

I'm looking for a good guide to making interactive PDFs with LaTeX. I'm aware of the 'media9' package, the 'animate' package, and some basic techniques with forms (from the LaTeX Web Companion), but I suspect there's a lot more one can do. I'm interested in knowing how to create PDFs like the documentation for the 'microtype' package: when viewed in Adobe Reader, you can click on buttons that cause paragraphs of text to be reformatted (and if you click on the graphic in the title, it hides/reveals box outlines for the characters).

Any recommendations as to where to look would be most appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jason
