[OS X TeX] using informal math fonts outside LaTeX?

As usual, I am trying to do some catching up this time of year. And, as usual, I have run across a problem...

A number of years ago, I purchased the Informal Math Font Package from MicroPress.

The files I was given work nicely with LaTeX, but I am unable to use them outside of LaTeX (e.g., in Keynote or Pages). The files I have are:

I tried loading the .pfb files into Font Book, but nothing good came of it. Is there a way to use these files outside of LaTeX? If so, how do I do it?
