Howdy,

Not a complete solution but if you Abort when you have the errors and click on a line with a line number you can click on Go To Error TeXshop will take you to the correct file and at least close to the place where that error occurred.

Quite frankly, I consider it a good thing to learn how to interpret errors as displayed on the Console.
