Got it. It works perfectly. I thought I remembered that it not only created the diff.tex file, but also typeset it, but this may be my bad memory... anyway it works perfectly. Very good tool to identify all the English corrections made by our Language Services office (they work with LaTeX, yes :-).

They contain the same thing: a very old (PowerPC) version of DropLaTexDiff.app, hence incompatible with Mountain Lion :-(
