Ok. I updated the TeXLive2012Changes document to put some emphasis on ending the updmap.cfg file with a blank line. Also added that to the figure caption to make sure. You can download it as TeXLive2012Changes.pdf.zip at <https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10932738/index.html>.
