[OS X TeX] TeXShop crashing when closing windows

I've been having the latest version of TeXShop crash when closing windows (OS 10.8.2). I suspect it might be related to the bug I reported couple weeks ago about spurious windows being opened when \jobname is different from the filename. I've included the backtrace below.

Also, I noticed a small bug when duplicating a source window. The window is marked dirty, but cmd-S doesn't seem to do anything; i.e. the window remains dirty after hitting cmd-s.
