[OS X TeX] bulletin and other

Hi, I am trying to find how to make some classic bulletin . signs from here http://www.emerson.emory.edu/services/latex/latex_toc.html but I could't find any, additionally is there any integrated help online or within the help files of Tex ?
Sorry for the trivial question, but seems to be a chaos concerning all these documentation.
