[OS X TeX] .toc needs constantly saving

Hello I have this problem with a /toc file I have made, everything works as a charm but the problem is that I have to save it every time I am creating the document,  every time I save it it asks for saving anyway or revert as it has been changed by another application, I can't figure it out, as is not a big issue but annoying.
