[OS X TeX] Upgrading to Mountain Lion

I have had similar problems with Mountain Lion. I've had to recompile what I had in MacPorts. Curiously I needed to accept an Apple license for Xcode in Terminal
~$ sudo xcodebuild -license
before I could compile what I needed. This requirement is new to me.
