[OS X TeX] otfl-blacklist.cnf and TTC Fonts

I found that the file otfl-blacklist.cnf includes most or all .ttc
fonts of OS X. I commented them out a while ago, when I updated to
MacTeX 2012 and it seems to work well, with those fonts.

Is there any reason for LuaTeX to still ignore them?
